I found this to be inspirational and practical, plan on practicing with it and using it in counseling couples that we have the opportunity to share with. We have seen a number of tools this one has some sound practicals.
My wife and I ended up reading the book together on our kindle over several road trips together. We both work a lot and both agree that this a fantastic way to communicate needs to each other.
