While I love the initial idea of changing your life five minutes at a time, like most plans of this type, it then gets far too complicated. Skip the middle and I'd give it a 4.5.
This is a fast read but also an effective one. Change is very hard but the author has come up with a great system that can really help people live happier, healthier lives. Glad I read this at the beginning of a new year, I definitely want to use the technique myself. Thanks for the help, Kerry!
What a great little book. Kerry Daniels does all the thinking for you. The path to meaningful change is organized, mapped out and written in an easy to understand manual that coincidently... only took about 5 minutes to read! This book is especially handy if you have a hard time starting the life changing process, or if you are a little unorganized ( like me).
I look forward to future volumes, especially if they are like this one! ☆☆☆☆☆
The bottom line is if you are a fan of Brain Tracy’s books, will Kerry Daniels has to be his protégé. I have read a lot of Tracy’s works and to me The 5 Minute Twist by Daniels is better than Tracy’s book Goals. As a matter of fact if you were planning on reading Goals you need to skip is it and read The 5 Minute Twist instead. Basically, The 5 Minute Twist is the updated version of Goals. And, it is way better and enjoyable.
I, though, put 5 stars for this book!!! Kerry Daniels book is on fire. For me, The 5 Minute Twist will motivate and supercharged you at the same time. This book makes it easy for you to be more successful by showing you the footsteps and techniques as a guide.
